24* 7 club is the recorded version of all the webinars. Under 24*7 club, you’ll get webinars, that includes handouts, transcripts, CEU or Certificate of Attendance and previous Q&As.
What is Series?
A series is basically a pack of webinars for institutions, organizations and individuals. Each webinar includes handouts, transcripts, CEU or Certificate of Attendance, Previous Q&As. You can ask new questions if you have Automated Webinar is in your pack.
What is Rent?
Renting a webinar will give you freedom to watch it twice for a period of 5 days from the date of purchase. You will be provided Certificate of Attendance.
What is Buy a Webinar?
Buying a webinar will let you watch webinars as many times as you want for a period of 6 months from the date of buying the webinar which is also downloadable for future use. You can avail CEU or Certificate of Attendance for these webinars.
What is Membership?

Attend the webinar > Qualify Exam > Score 7 or more > Download the CEU.
How to recover Password?
Login > Click forgot password? > Enter registered email > check your email inbox / junk / spam folder > click on the link > Reset your password > Log in > My Account > click on purchased webinars.
Where can I get my Purchased Webinar?
Log in > My Account > click on purchased webinars.
How do I get my Invoice?
Log in> My Account > Download Invoice
How to change billing address?
Log in > My Account > My Profile > Update Billing Information

Login > Click on ‘Notify me' or enter your email > Get notified about upcoming webinar sessions.
